How long does the process take?

The hours specified in each package represent the total time we dedicate to your website's support and maintenance each month. Unused hours do not roll over to the next month.

What if I exceed the hours in my chosen package?

If you exceed your package's allocated hours, additional support is available at our standard hourly rate. We'll always notify you before any overages occur.

Can I switch between packages?

Certainly! You can upgrade or downgrade your package as your needs change. Just give us a month's notice so we can adjust accordingly.

Can I cancel my support package?

While we'd hate to see you go, you can cancel your support package with a month's notice.
